Why is your name showing as the listing agent on Zillow, Redfin, etc.?

When we list your home on the MLS, our broker information is automatically displayed on sites like Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and over 500 others. This is required by MLS rules so that the listing can be published.

But just to be clear:
We are NOT your agent, we don’t represent you, and we don’t collect any commission (on the Lean and Boost plans). You are still a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) seller and stay in full control.

Your contact info is placed in the showing notes and private remarks, so buyer agents can reach you directly.
