Do you charge a fee at closing or take a portion of the buyer’s agent commission?

For our Lean and Boost Plans, we only charge the upfront fee you pay when listing—there are no fees at closing, and we do not take any portion of the buyer’s agent commission.

However, with our Elite Plan, we provide full representation, negotiation, paperwork, and agent support. In this case, we charge a 1% success fee at closing in addition to the upfront cost.
