One of the fastest and most effective ways to sell your home is by providing Buying Agents an easy way to request a showing. ListLean offers this convenience through our Online Showing Request feature.

We’ve partnered with ShowingTime.com, the leading real estate scheduling system, to give you complete control over when your property is shown. Please note, some MLS systems may use alternative services like BrokerBay, and their setup may differ from what is outlined below. Contact Customer Support for more details.

The Online Showing Request feature displays a ‘Schedule a Showing’ button alongside your listing, eliminating scheduling frustrations and simplifying the process. You’ll receive automatic email notifications when an agent requests a showing. Additionally, you can include special instructions, such as a lockbox code, which will only be visible to the real estate agent.

To make the most of this feature and ensure you don’t miss important updates from potential buyers, follow these steps:

1. Look for an email from ShowingTime.com inviting you to access your listing.
2. Click the Create Account or Login button in the email to proceed.
3. Enter the email address where you want to receive notifications.
4. Check your inbox for another email from ShowingTime and click the Create Account link to complete registration.
5. Set up your Username and Password, then fill out the required account information, including property details and communication preferences (e.g., phone, email, or text).

For added convenience, download the Home by ShowingTime app, available on Apple and Android app stores. This app allows you to manage all your showings directly from your mobile device. Make sure to download the "Home by ShowingTime" app and not the regular ShowingTime app, which is designed for real estate professionals.
