Why does it say that I am listed with an agent?

The MLS requires all listings to be posted by a licensed real estate agent, even for flat-fee and entry-only listings. While your property is listed on the MLS through our service, we do not represent you as a traditional agent—you remain a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) seller and handle negotiations directly.
